This is a really cool deal for drivers as well as an awesome way for Jett to honor his late great father Alan Mr. Dagwell Stark.
Mr. Stark was founder of the Oklahoma city-based company Dagwell Dixie which is still currently operated by Jett.
Mr. Stark of Dagwell Dixie was a pioneer in the racing industry supplying parts, knowledge and sponsorships to the Oklahoma racing community for over 50 years. In the early years racers had to fabricate and modify factory parts for their race cars and Mr. Stark of Dagwell Dixie was the familiar shop where racers went for these parts and knowledge. Not only was Dagwell Dixie a supplier for dirt circle track race parts but all forms of motorsports including drag racing, motorcycles, industrial equipment supplies; including wheels, bearings, bushings, gear sets, clutches, farm and implement parts and the list goes on.
Mr. Stark was very involved in racing as him and his son Jett were fierce competitors racing many years in the super modified division at the State Fair grounds Speedway in Oklahoma City setting numerous track records and winning many races in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.
