Friday July 14, 2018 - Brett “The Jet” Wilson was on a mission of picking up the win at Race 81 Speedway in Wichita, Kansas. The entire Wilson Racing family had just found out that they had lost a very near and dear friend of many years Mr. Tony Bone. Tony was the crew chief for his brother Johnny Bone Jr. and the Bone brothers traveled all over the country racing USMTS, NCRA or any other series they could find."The Jet" picked up the win and dedicated the victory to Tony in the USAC Wingless Sprints Oklahoma A Feature.
Tony had passed away just that Saturday morning from his long battle with cancer and as always the racers pick each other up by celebrating the hard fought battles and lives of long time loved racers.
You can catch Brett in action this Friday July 27th @ Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Brett is currently sitting 2nd in USAC Wingless Sprints Oklahoma inaugural 2018 season.
